About this event

Description: In this session participants will participate in an active dialogue alongside featured speaker Dr. Yvon Woappi of Brigham & Women’s Hospital.

By the end of the session participants will be able to

1) identify concrete strategies for cultivating scientific identity development and fostering a sense of belonging among research mentees;

2) discuss the role of mentorship in the development of scientific identity and self-efficacy; and

3) be able to engage in conversations about inclusive scientific identity development with mentees and foster a sense of belonging
